By using Afribass, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Afribass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Afribass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Afribass a limited license to store and distribute your content as directed by you. You represent that you own or have necessary rights to all content you upload.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Lenco mobile money services. Afribass takes a commission on each sale as set by the platform. Sellers receive net earnings after commission deduction. Payouts are processed on request subject to minimum thresholds.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the rights of others. Afribass may remove any content at its discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Afribass is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost revenue, or payment processing issues.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
