How do I upload a file?
Click Upload in the top navigation. Choose your file, add a title and description, set a price (K0 for free downloads), and click upload. Your file gets a unique short link you can share.
How do payments work?
Buyers pay via Airtel, MTN, or Zamtel mobile money. A USSD prompt appears on their phone to confirm the PIN. Once paid, the download link unlocks automatically.
How do I become a seller?
Register an account, then go to your Profile and submit KYC details — your legal name, NRC number, mobile money number, and a photo of your ID. Admin approval is required.
How do I cash out my earnings?
Go to Profile → Earnings. Once you reach the minimum cashout threshold, click Request Cashout. Your earnings are sent to your registered mobile money number.
What file types are allowed?
Common formats: PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, JPEG, PNG.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through Lenco, a licensed payment processor. We never store your mobile money PIN. Downloads are also protected
How long do free files stay available?
Free files expire after default 90 days of the last download. Each download resets the expiry timer. Paid files do not expire.
